Anita Pearce
Anita grew up in the city of Plymouth England. Good wholesome food has always been her passion. She trained as a Chef in the British Army gaining a City and Guilds distinction in Catering and Catering Management. Anita has had various catering positions throughout Europe both with the Army and in schools and colleges. Anita moved to Canada as a Permanent Resident in 2008 with her husband and three children.
Linda Dineen: Co-Owner of Delish Fine Foods
Linda emigrated to Canada in 1999 from the UK. She has a background in office management and retail. After moving to Nova Scotia and opening Delish with her husband Denis, she used her at home skills in pie making and love of cooking traditional British foods to bring that comfort food feel to the business.
Brenda Gray:
We are pleased to have Brenda on our team, she has a passion for gathering fresh vegetables and making interesting soups. Brenda is also involved with the St. Margaret's Bay Grandmothers.
